Return Policy:

 All Refunds are store credit only. No exceptions.

All Returns must have and RM number or your merchandise won't be accepted.

All Returns must be done within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise according to tracking number any returns received after 10 business days will be subject to A 20% restocking fee.

Please note that shipping charges will be at the expense of the buyer.

Defective merchandise will be replaced for the same style or will be credited back in the account. Shipping and handling are not refundable both ways.

Non-defective merchandise is subject to 20% restocking fee for any reason. Shipping and handling are not refundable both ways.

The merchandise must be unworn and also be accompanied with the original invoice. 

Private label merchandise sales are final sale items and therefore cannot be returned for exchange or refunds.

All orders placed by 3pm PST will ship on the same day.

Next day shipping orders will have to be placed by 12 pm noon PST.
